About the role
The Field Service Representative supports radioactive tracer services during well site operations. They are responsible to the NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) and/or Agreement States for compliance with regulations and license conditions.
Responsibilities
- Communicates job objectives and design with clients, reviews safety and flow-back procedures, and analyzes mud reports.
- Strategizes rig-up scenarios, recommends optimal design, and monitors real-time operations.
- Traces operations: surveys the well site, ensures no residue remains, and communicates status to clients.
- Conducts post-job reviews, discusses future work, and educates clients on Core Laboratories' services.
- Trains clients and flow-back crew on proper sampling procedures and specialized equipment.
- Ensures compliance with radiation protection rules and practices, manages emergencies, and maintains decontamination activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree in a relevant field preferred.
- One year of oil and gas service experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Preferred certifications in Radiation, Well Logging, or Subsurface Tracer Operations.
