Field Service Engineer Level 1 - Wet Tools

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (adaptable to working standard day shifts, compressed schedules, or night shifts in accordance with business requirements)
Pay
$31.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing/wet processing equipment
- Evaluate and diagnose problems and make proper repairs
- Follow and help develop detailed procedures
- Work with co-workers, customer, and field support in isolating and resolving problems under strict time restraints
- Troubleshoot and document findings
- Be able to work overtime as needed
Requirements
- Ability to perform successfully in a demanding environment with varying workloads
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Work in a safe manner and follow all safety protocols
- Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience using alignment tools (micrometers, calipers, multimeters, current clamps)
- Ability to read schematics and plumbing diagrams
- Chemical handling and familiarity (protective equipment and hazards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work according to strict procedures
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in an Engineering field (completion of military technical training and/or field experience may substitute for an associate’s degree)
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day
- Able to be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time
- Able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces
- Work at heights and on a ladder
- Lift up to 50-75 pounds
