Field Service Engineer - Dallas

About the role

Linx Printing Technologies is launching direct sales and service operations in the United States. We are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to support our growing customer base across the US.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain Linx’s full range of coding and marking products at customer sites.
• Diagnose and fix issues quickly to keep customer operations running smoothly.
• Build trust with customers through clear communication, professional support, and effective problem-solving.
• Support customers primarily across Dallas and Houston, with 2–3 overnight stays per week.
• Document service visits, repairs, and maintenance accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in a hands-on technical, service, engineering, or customer-facing field role.
• A strong service mindset with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• Comfort working independently, often on the road, as part of a growing US operation.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, including 2–3 nights away per week.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area or willing to relocate.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $110,000 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.

Schedule

This role will be located in Dallas and requires regular travel throughout the state of Texas, including 2-3 nights away from home each week in support of customer needs and scheduled service activity.
