Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform PC system imaging, deployment, OS installation, and repair.
• Process helpdesk tickets and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems related to desktop, laptop, printer, and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Manage and maintain inventory of desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, and related hardware components.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience or A+ Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• In-depth knowledge on PC and its components.
• Ability to dismantle and re-assemble laptops and desktops.
• Knowledge of Computer Networks and connectivity TCP/IP (plus).
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 (plus).
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on team environment handling tasks/assignments which are moderately complex in nature.
• Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

$24.00- $31.50/Hour
