Field Service Dispatcher

About the role

You will be responsible for dispatching Reynolds and Reynolds Field Service Technicians to customer sites when system problems occur. You will handle a high volume of calls from customers, technicians, and other Reynolds and Reynolds personnel who are reporting hardware problems with customer-owned equipment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Field Service Technicians to customer sites when system problems occur
• Handle a high volume of calls from customers, technicians, and other Reynolds and Reynolds personnel
• Take parts and supply orders for all of our affiliate companies
• Conduct ongoing departmental projects involving scanning and filing important customer paperwork and auditing parts and equipment orders
• Be available for paid, on-call responsibilities after normal business hours

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• High School diploma
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Bilingual is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to be on an on-call rotation

Schedule

Reynolds offers a hybrid work schedule, based on position eligibility. Following completion of your training period, eligible associates may work-from-home up to two days per week.
