About the role
Yancey Bros. Co., established in 1914, serves as the authorized Caterpillar equipment dealer for Georgia, focusing on sales, parts, and service.
Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for field service repairs
- Schedule all repairs
- Order parts as needed
- Quote repairs as needed
- Open and close work orders
- Search for service letters, product updates, and additional repairs
- Maintain average life day labor below 10 days for invoicing
- Use modern tools for daily customer communication and updates
- Communicate with customers upon job completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and MSHA rules and regulations
- Computer skills (software and internet usage)
- On-call after hours required

- Strong record-keeping ability

- Team player with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure
