About the role
The Field Service Coordinator/Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a field service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the field service team
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor service quality and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service management or related field
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle customer relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
