What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop Teams
- Supervise and mentor field personnel to strengthen decision-making and performance
- Address performance gaps while recognizing and rewarding excellence
- Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork across all assignments
Manage Incidents & Field Response
- Respond to and take command of field incidents requiring supervisory oversight
- Cookordinate resolution efforts and escalate when appropriate
- Document and communicate outcomes clearly to leadership
Conduct Site Inspections
- Perform routine inspections of personnel, uniforms, firearms, and equipment
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity
- Review and approve reports; address any equipment or compliance issues
Oversee Daily Operations
- Provide real-time support and direction to field staff
- Maintain accurate Supervisor Management Logs
- Ensure adherence to company standards and operational directives
Ensure Compliance
- Enforce company policies and Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) requirements
- Resolve conflicts through proper chain of command
