Key Responsibilities
- Visit government offices, banks, and related institutions to handle registrations, renewals, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all critical documents required for various field assignments.
- Work closely with internal departments to collect required information and ensure the timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain strict adherence to deadlines for essential renewals such as company registrations, tax clearances, business licenses, and permits.
- Submit applications, collect approved official documents, and ensure proper filing and documentation upon completion.
- Provide timely, accurate updates on the status of field tasks and proactively resolve any issues encountered during field visits.
- Maintain a detailed daily field activity log and report regularly to the Administration/Operations department.
- Afford additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in administrative and operational support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
