- Develop and manage a territory of retail accounts including specialty nutrition retailers, gyms, health food stores, sporting goods retailers, and independent businesses.
- Possess and grow revenue within existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular in-person account visits to ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
- Execute sales presentations and educate customers on new products, promotions, and category trends.
- Work closely with distributor partners to maximize product availability and sales growth.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, product demonstrations, and customer events as needed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory activity reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute regional sales initiatives.

Seeking an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence, develop new retail partnerships, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within sports nutrition, CPG, beverage, food, supplements, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience calling on retail accounts and managing a geographic territory.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
