Field Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities

• Sales: Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
• Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs: Attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
• Prospecting and cold calling: Prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads assigned to you
• Nurturing prospective patients: Nurturing prospective patients and prospect for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
• Collaboration: Collaborating with your Community Relationship Manager (CRM), other OEs, and your Outreach Manager/Outreach Director to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents (IAs)
• Customer Relationship Management: Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systems
• Support: Acting as point of contact for both the clinical team/center team if center staff have any questions about the patient; resolving any concerns & complaints new prospects & patients may have about Oak Street Health by working with prospect to understand the concern or directing the prospect or patient to another Oak Street employee

Relationship Management

• Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage prospects to drive new patient growth in assigned territory

• Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)

Pay and Benefits

• The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.50 - $35.29
• This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
• The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
• This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
