Field Sales Representative

About the role
As the face and voice of AT&T, you’ll work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions—keeping customers connected to what matters most.
AT&T provides scheduled appointments, giving you the opportunity to engage with warm prospects effectively. You’ll use strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport quickly and drive sales.
Pay
Field Sales Representatives earn between $61,800 to $100,000 annually, including base salary and uncapped commission opportunities. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Top earners have the potential to make $100,000+.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with existing AT&T customers.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations of AT&T products and services.
- Perform Wi-Fi assessments and provide tech solutions.
- Use upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
- Drive to appointments using a company-provided vehicle (for official business only).
Requirements
- 1+ years of commission sales experience required; outside sales experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.

Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
