Job Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed Wolfspeed revenue and pipeline generation growth targets
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory for Wolfspeed’s Power and RF differentiated products
- Strategize and have a territory plan to address managing and growing a combination of existing and emerging customers and to support revenue targets consistent with the business unit strategies
- Qualify opportunities and determine if there is a fit for Wolfspeed Semiconductor solutions
- Engage with and support the customer through the design cycle from concept stage (CTO level) to production
- Develop and build solid relationships with strategic customers and key distribution partners
- Align & assign both demand creation & fulfillment targets for the territory with the channel partners
- Develop business cases for new opportunities, coordinating & leveraging functional and technical peers to secure and close
- Submit accurate & timely business forecasts, i.e. Opportunity Pipeline & Revenue
- Partner with Quality & Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Communicate market trends and recommend strategies for success
- Assess product positioning and recommend changes needed to surpass competitors
- Lead and drive new business demand creation with FAE and Business Unit to secure successful design win penetrations at customers design and R&D centers
- Present new Wolfspeed technology and products to customers and distribution partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent technical knowledge/experience
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Entrepreneurial mindset with professional attitude and excellent interpersonal and communications skills to interface directly with all levels of the customers organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to present data to all levels of a customer’s organization in a detailed and professional manner
- Intuitive ability to prioritize efforts and quickly identify and resolve challenges
- Self-motivated, team player with ability to balance personal goals with those of the organization
