About the role
As a remote Field Sales Analyst, you will be part of the Retail Team, aiding in delivering sales results through operational excellence and execution. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive actionable insights and improve sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain KPI tracking for the Field Sales team to evaluate performance, measure ROI of sales activities, and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Analyze field survey data alongside point-of-sale (POS) sales data to uncover store-level insights, identify trends, assess execution quality, and highlight sales improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate promotional program effectiveness by measuring in-store execution rates and quantifying their impact on sales performance.
- Assess the POS sales impact of merchandising bays and product placements by analyzing compliance with product fundamentals and in-store presentation standards.
- Measure the sales impact of field representative activity during event days, including pre- and post-event weeks, using day-of-sales data and off-shelf display execution to determine incremental lift.
- Analyze store routing strategies and corresponding POS sales performance to identify opportunities for improved coverage, efficiency, and optimized resource allocation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience.
- Strong understanding of Big Box Retail.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
- Ability to use data to tell a story both numerically and visually.

Pay
The total target cash compensation range for this position is $67,200.00 - $108,200.00. This range reflects base salary and target variable cash compensation (including potential sales incentives or commission) for the primary location at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on job level, geographic location, experience, qualifications, and compliance with local wage requirements. Annual merit increases may also apply.
