Field RV/Specialty Adjuster - National General
About the role
National General is a part of The Allstate Corporation, offering home, auto, and accident and health insurance, as well as specialty niche insurance products. We seek an RV Adjuster to support field operations in Raleigh, Burlington, and Greensboro, NC.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive estimates of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, heavy equipment, trailers, and motorcycle material damage claims.
- Utilize technical expertise to assist in the proper disposition of claims.
- Assist leadership in formal and ad hoc training sessions.
- Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files.
- Interpret regulatory compliance and fair claims practices.
- Build relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
Requirements
Applicants must have an active insurance license and be willing to terminate all existing appointments. Applicants must also surrender their resident producer license upon request.

Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49-$40.99/hour
Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour
Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour
