Field Representative - SIS

About the role

The Field Representative - SIS is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project for the Owner. This position requires strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction contractor’s field labor force
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and contract terms
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure safety protocols are followed
• Resolve issues and conflicts related to the project

Requirements

• Broad understanding of industry
• Familiarity with construction means and methods on various building types
• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills

Pay

Salary range: USD $84,180.00/Yr. to USD $126,040.00/Yr.
