Field Representative - SIS
About the role
The Field Representative - SIS is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project for the Owner. This position requires strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction contractor’s field labor force
- Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Resolve issues and conflicts related to project progress
Requirements
- Broad understanding of industry
- Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods on a variety of building types
- Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
Qualifications
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
