Field Representative

Responsibilities

• Cook up with the sales team and dispatch the highest priority projects on a daily basis.
• Keep an eye on and orchestrate jobsite deliveries.
• Add admixtures or additives to concrete loads.
• Collect customer feedback and cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Offer both verbal and written feedback to production, sales, and quality control staff.
• Provide instant solutions to urgent customer issues on-site.
• Support the sales team in addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production and quality issues.
• Build a harmonious working relationship with fellow team members, drivers, customers, and KRC contracting group.
• This role will involve active participation in trade and community associations.
• Engage in production and quality teams.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are adhered to to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, or behaviors.
