Field Marketing Representative

Southern Industries Home Improvement seeks a Field Marketing Representative (Canvasser) to join our dynamic team. With over 50 years of experience and more than 300,000 completed projects across five states, we are a family-owned company dedicated to helping homeowners bring their remodeling dreams to life.

Responsibilities

• Canvass local neighborhoods and engage with homeowners door to door.
• Generate quality leads for our sales team.
• Represent our trusted brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Create positive first impressions and lasting community relationships.
• No hard selling; focus on starting conversations and creating opportunity.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, self-motivated attitude; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active; stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability during listed hours; goal-oriented and team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Outdoorsy personality and ability to interact with diverse groups of people.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation and goal orientation.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
• Potential annual earnings range from $45,000 to $55,000, with top performers potentially earning up to $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time. Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm.
