Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines
  • Partner with schools on hiring best practices
  • Share relevant market intelligence
  • Deliver an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders
  • Focus on full-cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes and turnover
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for a mission-focused organization
  • Build great relationships with candidates, teams, colleagues, and leadership
  • Manage high-priority, high-volume openings while triaging urgent requests
  • Train hiring managers by providing market insights, calibrating expectations, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Maintain strong operational rigor within the ATS, job boards, and recruiting workflows
  • Identify areas of process improvement to increase efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
  • Drive continuous improvement in process, hiring outcomes, and personal development
  • Engage in campus partnerships, campus recruiting, and market events as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role
  • Experience managing high-priority, high-volume openings
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see and work toward the bigger picture while driving daily impact
  • Ability to work in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR, or WA

Pay

Base salary range: $65,000–$75,000. Bi-weekly pay. Eligible for our Support Central bonus program based on annual achievement of company performance.
