About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Field Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a strong background in construction, oil & gas, industrial, skilled trades, or warehouse recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has a proven history of owning the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and successfully filling field and administrative positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for field and administrative positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Attend career fairs, trade schools, workforce events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop relationships with colleges, trade schools, and veteran organizations.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, recruiting best practices, and employment regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in construction, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, or warehouse environments.
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting with multiple open requisitions.
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach and pipeline development.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events.

Pay
$80,000–$90,000 annually
