Responsibilities
- Manage job cost transactions
- Prioritize and maintain detailed records
- Work with multi-state unions, certified payroll systems, and handle garnishments
- Utilize advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal means
- Collaborate within a team while maintaining individual accountability
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of construction experience
- Knowledge of job cost transactions
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience with multi-state unions, certified payroll, and garnishments
- Excellent computer skills, specifically in Excel
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
