Position Summary
This role serves as the primary marketing partner to our 20 US venues, ensuring each location has the tools, materials, and support needed to execute successfully.
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for venue teams. Ensure locations have the resources, guidance, and support needed to execute marketing initiatives successfully.
- Coordinate the production, distribution, and deployment of in-venue signage, promotional materials, and marketing assets. Maintain brand standards while ensuring materials arrive accurately and on time.
- Campaign Execution Support the rollout of national campaigns, promotions, and events across all venues. Work closely with Operations to ensure programs are executed consistently and effectively.
- Help identify and coordinate local marketing opportunities, community partnerships, and venue-specific initiatives that drive awareness and traffic.
- Maintain regular communication with venue leadership to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve marketing support and execution.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and requests across multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ensure projects move efficiently from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with printers, signage vendors, and other external partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across 20 venues.
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both corporate teams and field operators.
- Comfortable coordinating vendors, timelines, and marketing materials from concept through deployment.
- Proactive and service-oriented, with a willingness to jump in and solve problems.
- Passion for helping venues succeed and creating a great guest experience at the local level.
- Ability to travel domestically 15% of the time, to assist with venue support and program rollouts.
