Field Marketing Manager - High Tech & AI

Serve as the embedded marketing lead

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business stakeholders and the sales organization
  • Define marketing priorities and build quarterly go-to-market plans aligned to revenue, pipeline and named-account goals
  • Own the regional events and hospitality strategy end-to-end
  • Identify and prioritize industry conferences
  • Design executive hospitality experiences (dinners, roundtables, VIP receptions, hosted briefings)
  • Manage sponsorships
  • Run pre-event, on-site and post-event follow-up to convert engagement into pipeline

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Partner closely with sales to build account-specific plays, multi-touch campaigns and personalized content
  • Translate EPAM's enterprise technology offerings into compelling narratives
  • Develop ABM assets and sales enablement materials
  • Lead case study development to capture and amplify client success stories

Direct Deal Support

  • Develop bespoke marketing assets
  • Execute executive engagement moments
  • Build account intelligence to help sellers advance and close active opportunities

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor the competitive market within the high tech and AI space
  • Translate market intelligence into strategic recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, ABM or integrated B2B marketing, preferably within technology services, AI or adjacent industries
  • Demonstrated success running both event and hospitality programs and account-based marketing or deal-support motions in partnership with sales
  • Working knowledge of ABM strategy and tooling, including Demandbase and 6sense, and the ability to apply intent and account intelligence to prioritize accounts and personalize outreach
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and sales leaders, including the capability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Track record of owning end-to-end campaigns and events and delivering measurable pipeline impact in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with the AI development lifecycle and how enterprise technology intersects with high tech operations
  • Knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area tech ecosystem and its key players
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics and campaign tracking tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and present confidently to senior leadership
  • Project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams, including live events, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Resourcefulness and proactive problem-solving abilities to make decisions in ambiguous situations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
