Field Marketing Manager (ETZ; 50% Travel)

About the Role

Vaco Atlanta is working with a building materials distribution company to find a Field Marketing Manager. This permanent position requires heavy travel (50% on the road) within the Eastern United States. Candidates must have access to a large airport and reside in the Eastern Time Zone (ETZ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 3 days/week to various locations in the eastern US territory
• Serve as a liaison between branch operations and corporate
• Drive field-level marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives
• Manage field events, customer engagement programs, trade shows, and supplier initiatives
• Implement programs to increase customer retention and acquisition
• Strengthen supplier partnerships
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a similar industry (business-to-business distribution, construction, or building products)
• Experience in field marketing, channel marketing, regional marketing, or sales support positions is REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Strong financial skills and budget management experience preferred
