Field Marketing Manager

About the role

This role serves as a liaison between Aramark’s Marketing team and client’s account locations, ensuring that client and consumer needs are met while adhering to Aramark standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts marketing research and data collection: focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis.
• Develops strategic marketing plans, new strategies, and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provides sales support by developing and executing annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations to various target groups.
• Supports Business Development with Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews (CBRs).
• Coordinates special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing.
• Builds relationships with clients, organization department heads, subgroups, and community groups.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet commitments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience.
• People management experience for at least 2-3 direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of programs.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
