Field Marketing & Business Development Coordinator (HOA / Metro District Focus)

About the Role

This is a field-based relationship and lead generation role. You will be visiting property management offices in person, dropping off marketing materials, making warm calls, sending follow-up emails, scheduling lunches and meetings, and staying in consistent contact with industry professionals. If you are not comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities

  • Make regular in-person visits to HOA and property management companies.
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently to build familiarity and trust over time.
  • Identify and research target companies for lead generation.
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email to set meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and track interactions to ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Support long-term relationship development with industry professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Manage schedules, outreach lists, and follow-ups.
  • Report activity and results regularly.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, polished English required).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in customer service, admin support, or sales coordination.
  • Familiarity with property management, HOA, or construction industries.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000 to $60,000. Performance-based bonus tied to meetings and lead generation.
