Field & Maintenance Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and grassed areas.
• Maintaining flower beds, trees, shrubs, and hedges by pruning, weeding, and watering as necessary.
• Raking leaves, removing litter, and keeping grounds clean and aesthetically pleasing.
• Conducting routine inspections of the premises to identify and address minor maintenance or repair needs.
• Helping with general cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces, including sweeping, pressure washing, and trash disposal.
• Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identifying potential hazards or safety issues on the property and reporting them to management.
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and machinery in a safe and effective working condition.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Aiding in preparing the facility for special events or seasonal changes.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, or other departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and small machinery, such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, etc.
• Experience in general repairs and maintenance is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).

Work Environment

• Will be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• May be required to work some graveyard shifts on weekends.
• May be assigned to special projects and events.
• Works closely with all site personnel with minimal supervision from senior management to ensure operations run smoothly.
