Grounds Maintenance Crew

Job Summary

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of maintenance work which can include but not limited to painting, landscaping, clearing of base area of weather elements and other general maintenance tasks
• Provide additional support to other resort operations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Follow Procedures: Follow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority
• Comfortable Working Environment: Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments
• Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Standing and Physical Work: Ability to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently
• Weekends and Holidays: Ability to work weekends and holidays

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
