Grounds Maintenance Crew

About the role

The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry level position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Aid in various maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, clearing base area of weather elements, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Provide additional support to other resort operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and team safety.
• Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

• Basic understanding of safety protocols.

Pay

The starting wage is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Schedule

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available.
