Field & Maintenance Crew

Overview

As a member of the Field & Maintenance Crew, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the complex at Twin Creeks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility assets, including buildings and equipment.
• Inspect all structures and surfaces for player and fan safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
• Assisting with field setup, trash removal and various tasks essential to the operation of the complex.
• Helping to maintain all aspects of the facility’s infrastructure, including artificial turf fields.
• Helping spot and report maintenance issues around the complex - from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigating, turf, landscaping and paved surfaces.
• Supporting other departments, including operations, food & beverage, and retail, when needed.
• Absorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Twin Creeks Sports Complex name and brand.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to be at work as early as 6am & stay as late as 12am.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions given by any full-time staff member.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED.
• Prior work experience or an interest in a career in Facilities or Grounds Maintenance.
• An outgoing, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
• Strong initiative and high-energy.
• Strong detail-orientation.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions

• You may be required to lift up to 70 pounds.
• May be exposed to dust/dirt at the complex.
• May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
