Grounds Maintenance Crew
About the role
The Maintenance Crew team performs critical operations in the base area to deliver an incredible arrival experience. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in various aspects of maintenance and resort operations.
Responsibilities
- Aid in a variety of maintenance work, including painting, landscaping, clearing base area of weather elements, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Provide additional support to other resort operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure safety and team safety.
- Comfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

- At least 18 years of age.

Pay
The starting wage is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
Schedule
Full Time roles are eligible for health insurance plans (Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance) for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours.
