Field Inventory Specialist (Service Representative) - Franklin/Foxboro, MA

Job Summary

Endries International is seeking a Field Inventory Specialist (Service Representative) to support its Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program at customer locations in the Franklin/Foxboro area. The role involves managing and replenishing inventory of industrial fasteners and components used in manufacturing, ensuring customers have the parts they need to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Visit customer locations to replenish and organize on-site inventory bins
• Scan inventory levels and download replenishment orders using handheld equipment
• Stock delivered product and maintain organized inventory locations
• Transport product between locations when required
• Work directly with customer teams to address inventory or product needs
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to repetitively lift up to 30-50# and walk 3-7 miles a day
