About the Role
This position supports large-scale mobile device refresh initiatives. The role involves preparing, provisioning, deploying, and exchanging enterprise mobile devices while ensuring a seamless customer experience and minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and works effectively in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise mobile device refresh activities for employees and operational personnel.
- Configure, enroll, activate, and deploy iOS devices according to established procedures.
- Verify device readiness and ensure successful data migration and user transition activities.
- Manage scheduled employee appointments and device exchange events.
- Provide customer service throughout the refresh process.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking, inventory records, and deployment documentation.
- Follow established operating procedures, security requirements, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support deployment schedules and project deadlines.
- Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure all refresh activities are completed accurately and within defined service-level expectations.
Requirements
- Experience supporting, deploying, or managing mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain organized and focused in a high-volume operational environment.
- Proven reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a schedule of customer appointments and meet deployment targets.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work schedules based on business needs, including all shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
- Adherence to operational requirements.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms.
- Experience with enterprise asset management and inventory tracking processes.
- Previous experience supporting corporate technology deployment or refresh initiatives.
