Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
  • Assist in the successful completion of all field projects as directed.
  • Responsible for accurate communications with all crew members.
  • Maintain punctuality and perform all duties professionally.
  • Perform NDE tasks as required.
  • Perform all work and travel safely.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with a field service company is required.
  • Able to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Willing to travel approximately 75% of the time, with little notice including overnight travel.
  • Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Valid driver’s license, able to obtain a passport, and have a TWIC card (homeland security).
  • Comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
  • Knowledge or certification to perform MT, VT, MFL, PT and other NDE methods as required.

Qualifications

  • Ability to pass background and drug testing.
  • Adequate vision/corrective eyewear and ability to distinguish colors.
  • Able to climb stairs and ladders frequently and repetitively.
  • Available by phone during nonstandard working hours.
  • Able to pass a Pulmonary Fit Test, if required.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in NDE methods (MT, VT, MFL, PT).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoors.
