About the role

The Field Execution Representative will serve as a brand ambassador for Celsius, reporting to the Regional Manager and driving sales across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. This field-based role requires presence in assigned markets (Phoenix, AZ or Tucson, AZ) and a valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage.
• Call on target accounts and communicate sales leads to the territory manager.
• Sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements with store managers.
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines and ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised per brand standards.
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved.
• Participate in store openings, resets, and demos upon request.
• Take and submit weekly photos with reporting documents.
• Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate with territory, district, and regional managers as needed.
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track activity in the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage, and other assigned documentation.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of retail or merchandising experience (prior merchandising experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week (Wednesday–Sunday) with flexible hours.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude; strong team player.
• Excellent driving record, valid license, and personal vehicle (allowance provided).
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry.
• Must live within the assigned county area.

Pay

$25/hour + overtime as needed.

Schedule

Wednesday to Sunday (40-hour work week).
