Field Execution Representative

About the role

As a Celsius Field Execution Representative, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador across distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. You’ll drive merchandising initiatives, build relationships, and ensure our products stand out on shelves. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring presence in the assigned market (Salt Lake City, Utah). A valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives, including new floor displays and signage.
• Call on target accounts and secure PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements.
• Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines and manager approval.
• Stock and merchandise shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand flow.
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved.
• Participate in new store openings and store resets.
• Submit weekly photos and reporting documents.
• Conduct product demos upon request.
• Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate regularly with territory, district, and regional managers.
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them in the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage, and other assigned documentation.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (prior merchandising experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule (Wednesday–Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude; self-starter and team player.
• Excellent driving record, valid U.S. Driver’s License, and personal vehicle (allowance provided).
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must live within the assigned county area.

Pay

$25/hour + overtime as needed.

Schedule

Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week.
