Field Execution Representative

About the role
The Celsius Field Execution Representative will serve as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. This field-based role requires presence in the assigned market (New Orleans, Louisiana) and involves driving to accounts, so a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) are required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives
- Call on target accounts and speak with managers to sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements
- Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager
- Expand product distribution as approved by store managers within account guidelines
- Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow
- Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, and cold/warm shelves per account guidelines
- Place point-of-sale materials as approved by the account manager
- Participate in new store openings and store resets
- Take and submit weekly photos with reporting documents
- Conduct demos upon request
- Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning
- Communicate as needed with territory, district, and regional managers
- Make 15-20 account calls per day
- Track and complete all account calls within the Celsius sales app
- Submit weekly work logs, including mileage, and other assigned documentation
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (prior merchandising experience a plus)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours, 40-hour work week (Wednesday–Sunday)
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Self-starter and team player
- Excellent driving record; valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurance required
- Personal vehicle for use (allowance provided)
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry
- Must live within the assigned county area

Pay
$25/hour + overtime (as needed)
Schedule
Monday–Friday during training, Wednesday–Sunday thereafter.
