Field Execution Representative

About the role
This is a field-based, full-time position requiring presence in the assigned market (New York, New York). The Celsius Field Execution Representative will serve as a true ambassador for the Celsius brand across distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. The role involves marketing Celsius products through new floor displays, signage, and scheduled demos to attract customers and manage shelf space effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives.
- Call on target accounts and speak with managers to sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements.
- Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager.
- Expand product distribution as approved by store managers within account guidelines.
- Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow.
- Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, and cold/warm spaces per account guidelines.
- Place point-of-sale materials as approved by the account manager.
- Participate in new store openings and store reset support.
- Take and submit weekly photos with reporting documents.
- Conduct demos upon request.
- Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
- Communicate as needed with territory, district, and regional managers.
- Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them in the Celsius sales app.
- Submit weekly work logs, including mileage, and other assigned documentation.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (prior merchandising experience a plus).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work flexible hours, 40-hour work week (Wednesday–Sunday).
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude; must be a self-starter and team player.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License with an excellent driving record; personal vehicle required (allowance provided).
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.
- Must live within the assigned county area.

Pay
$25/hour + overtime (as needed).
Schedule
Monday–Friday during training; Wednesday–Sunday thereafter.
