For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.com POSITION SCOPE The Field Engineer Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project coordination support to Field Engineers, Project Managers, and construction operations teams. This position is responsible for coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, tracking action items, processing subcontractor payment packages, reviewing timecards, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting daily project activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Primary Duties Coordinate and schedule project meetings, conference calls, and team eventsCreate meeting agendas and distribute meeting materials to participantsAttend meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutesDistribute meeting minutes and maintain meeting recordsTrack project action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure completionAssemble subcontractor payment packages and supporting documentation for approvalReview employee timecards for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirementsCoordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and travel itinerariesMaintain project files, reports, logs, and documentation in accordance with company standardsAssist with project reporting, document control, and daily administrative functionsSupport field engineers and project management staff with day-to-day project activitiesPrepare and distribute project correspondence and reportsMonitor project deadlines and assist with maintaining project schedulesAssist with data entry, tracking, and recordkeeping activitiesMaintain confidentiality of company, employee, and project informationPerform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferredTwo (2) years of administrative, project coordination, or construction support experience preferredPrevious experience in construction, engineering, or heavy civil industry environments preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPointStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be at least 18 years oldValid Driver's License and acceptable driving record preferredAbility to pass a pre-employment drug testAbility to maintain professional relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirementsBasic knowledge of construction administration practices preferred Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
