About the role
LADACIN Network is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Facilities Department. This full-time position plays an important role in maintaining department operations, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting with reporting and recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department
- Maintain departmental records, databases, and files
- Prepare statistical, financial, and operational reports as needed
- Utilize computer software and office equipment to support daily operations
- Aid with scheduling, correspondence, and departmental communications
- Support management with administrative projects and reporting requirements
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the position
Requirements
- Previous experience in a facilities department required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
