About the role

LADACIN Network is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Facilities Department. This full-time position plays an important role in maintaining department operations, coordinating administrative functions, and assisting with reporting and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department
  • Maintain departmental records, databases, and files
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and operational reports as needed
  • Utilize computer software and office equipment to support daily operations
  • Aid with scheduling, correspondence, and departmental communications
  • Support management with administrative projects and reporting requirements
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the position

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a facilities department required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
