Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system.
- Greet and direct business guests.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Update/Maintain customer records.
- Cook up meetings and appointments as needed.
- Aid with contract administration.
- Sales report monitoring and customer/vendor report creation and communication as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes.
- All other duties assigned.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
