Key Responsibilities
- provide administrative support to the Associate Commissioner of the Office of Family Engagement, this may include, preparing agendas, taking notes/minutes, and highlighting next steps.
- support the teams within OFE with administrative support as needed.
- maintain office supplies and order as allowed/needed.
- assist with document organization in unit area’s OneDrive and shared drives.
- support with tracking ongoing meeting schedules (i.e. child stat, situation table).
- support with scheduling staff interviews.
Special Projects
- support of community events, securing items for the event.
- organize transportation as needed for special events and/or meetings.
Qualifications
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
