About the Role
As a Territory Manager in the Klein Leadership Program - Product Sales & Marketing, you will play a critical leadership role, guiding early-career individuals through hands-on industry experiences to build a strong foundation in product and market knowledge. You will mentor Product Sales & Marketing Specialists, drive territory sales growth, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to support the Klein Tools brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of early-career individuals by providing direct coaching through in-field and in-office learning opportunities.
- Identify and develop areas of strength and opportunity for each team member through one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Drive territory sales growth by analyzing and overseeing strategic retail, wholesale, and end-user initiatives.
- Develop consultative relationships with regional KDMs to support Klein Tools' brand and top-line sales growth.
- Represent and market Klein Tools on university campuses to attract top talent.
- Partner with trade schools and vocational programs to demonstrate Klein Tools' investment in the education of the next generation of tradespeople.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to execute monthly training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare and present quarterly talent performance reviews of direct reports to executive stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to identify program improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration within the organization.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree completed within the last two years in engineering, management, marketing, or a related business field (or equivalent years of experience).
- 1 to 2 years of sales, marketing, or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability and hunger to lead a team of early-career employees.
- Understanding of retail and wholesale environments.
- Ability to perform related mathematics and financial calculations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Pay
Salary range: $80,000–$100,000.
