Key Accountabilities
- Develop, refine, and localize leadership development programs aligned with organizational principles, competencies, and talent philosophy
- Facilitate leadership workshops, learning events, and capability-building sessions for leaders at all levels
- Adapt content to regional needs while ensuring consistency with global standards
- Incorporate adult-learning principles, experiential activities, simulations, and coaching techniques
- Lead end-to-end coordination for leadership development programs, both global and regional (virtual and in-person)
- Oversee program logistics, scheduling, communications, facilitator assignments, materials, and evaluations
- Manage external vendors, facilitators, coaches, and partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor participant engagement and program compliance; address risks and escalate challenges when needed
- Partner with HRBP for leadership training needs assessments, to identify and validate new scopes, target and skills for current leaders, understand capability needs, and provide strategic recommendations
- Support the rollout of programs such as Leading DPW Way, Managing the DPW World Way, and Working DP World Way across the region, ensuring activation and impact as expected
- Support the rollout of mobility programs across the region for the development of future leadership pipelines
- Lead and develop the internal facilitators community and ensure capability uplift through Train-the-Trainer initiatives
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree diploma, post-graduate certificate within the HR, talent, and Leadership development space preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to improve productivity, data analysis, decision support, and business outcomes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
- English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred
