About the role
Develop and execute an education and development curriculum that aligns with MLH's commitment to being a high-performing organization. This role has significant responsibility for developing standards and materials (based on needs analysis), organizing and delivering education to all levels in the organization, and focusing primarily on leadership and system initiatives that build capability and/or improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop standards and materials based on needs analysis
- Organize and deliver education to all organizational levels
- Focus on leadership and system initiatives to build capability and improve performance
- Collaborate with multiple departments at a Main Line Health system level and with outside agencies and vendors
- Participate in committees and workgroups
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of five years of experience managing system-wide training initiatives
- Minimum of three years of experience in project or program management
- Minimum of five years of classroom facilitation experience and evaluation of education programs
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Proven track record of implementing successful learning solutions
- Significant experience building relationships at multiple organizational levels, including employees, leadership, and external customers
- Excellent research, communication, reporting, and presentation skills
- Experience with leadership skill diagnostics
- Familiarity with Federal/State/Local regulatory requirements relating to Human Resources
