Field Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Attend training and supervision meetings with Field Team Manager, Regional Director, technicians, and Scheduling Coordinators
• Provide direct supervisory oversight to a team of technicians
• Provide training on administrative job tasks to assigned ABA Technicians
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly evaluations of subordinate’s performance as assigned through systems reviews, data analysis, and observation
• Comply with Company and BACB guidelines at all times
• Support the Field Team Manager with process and system updates, various operations audits as assigned
• Embody the VB culture, maintaining the highest level of professionalism, positive, and solution-focused attitude
• Track and monitor service delivery, including key performance indicators, and additional documentation as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team of individuals

• Ability to interact effectively by speaking clearly, and observing and maintaining attention through verbal and non-verbal communication
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements on a keyboard and mouse
• Ability to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading

USD $45,000.00 /Yr.
