About the role

As a Field Admissions Representative, you’ll interact with a diverse range of individuals, helping them achieve their educational and career goals. This dynamic and exciting role offers the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently while traveling within your designated territory (up to a 120-mile radius). You’ll build awareness of Universal Technical Institute (UTI) and its programs by engaging with local high schools, dealerships, industry partners, and communities in the Jacksonville, FL area. This is a remote position, but it requires you to live in and commute throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen relationships with high schools, dealerships, industry partners, and local communities.
Represent UTI at in-person high school presentations and offsite events.
Conduct professional in-home interviews with prospective students using a consultative approach.
Maintain and update the CRM database for thorough follow-up with potential students.
Deliver presentations to educators and students to encourage enrollment at UTI.
Stay knowledgeable about UTI programs, financing options, and other key information to address prospective student questions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts.
Adhere to all compliance criteria and procedures set by external regulatory bodies and UTI.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Public speaking experience preferred.
3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and data analysis/reporting.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused, extroverted, and able to build effective relationships.
Must live in and be able to commute throughout Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
