Field Admissions Rep Remote Territory
About the role
As a Field Admissions Representative, you’ll interact with a diverse range of individuals, helping them achieve their educational and career goals. This dynamic and exciting role offers flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently while traveling within your designated territory—exploring neighborhoods, cities, and regions within a 120-mile radius of Nashville, TN. You’ll recruit passionate and motivated students for Universal Technical Institute (UTI) by building awareness of UTI’s programs in local high schools and communities.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, extroverted, and skilled at making connections, communicating effectively, and proactively establishing relationships. You must thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, work independently, and prioritize your schedule to maximize productivity. This is a remote position, but you must currently live in and commute throughout Nashville, TN, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools, and local communities.
- Represent UTI and its programs at in-person high school presentations and offsite events.
- Conduct professional, consultative in-home interviews using technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a CRM database for thorough follow-up with potential students.
- Deliver public presentations to educators at high schools and other institutions to encourage student enrollment at UTI.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UTI programs, financing options, and other key information to answer prospective student questions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through effective outreach and recruitment efforts.
- Adhere to all compliance criteria and procedures established by external regulatory bodies and UTI.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Public speaking experience preferred.
- Industry knowledge preferred.
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to analyze and report data.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships, work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a customer-service mindset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory effectively.

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
