Field Access Manager (FAM) - Mid Atlantic

For our client, we are seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) - Mid Atlantic to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead field-based access support efforts that help patients navigate coverage, reimbursement, and specialty pharmacy pathways. The Field Access Manager will work closely with provider offices, internal commercial partners, and external access stakeholders to remove barriers and improve the patient access experience. This is a highly cross-functional position focused on compliant education, issue resolution, and actionable insights that strengthen access performance across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $174,600 – $203,700 annually Responsibilities Lead identification and resolution of patient access barriers across payer coverage Partner with healthcare provider offices to verify benefits and provide education Analyze HUB and payer data to identify access gaps and improve processes Serve as a field access subject matter expert, providing compliant access education Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and resolve access issues Monitor access performance metrics and translate insights into action Manage high-priority escalations involving complex reimbursement matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or patient access roles Strong understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement pathways Experience handling HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds Demonstrated ability to resolve complex access and reimbursement cases in a field-based setting Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth commercial environment Benefits Equity options and/or restricted stock units Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401k retirement benefits with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Generous paid time off policy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
